Retirement card

Good morning my lovely friends (can you tell I’ve got a week off from work lol!) I am here to share another card that I made for my mother to give to her friend.  Again I’ve actually hand-stamped my image as my printer is still on the blink (it will be going through the window soon :(

The colours look a little “washed out” here but IRL they are a little more vibrant – another example of my useless photography skills lol!  I used another cutie PB image (forgot how many I have) and coloured him with my promarkers.

Just cute bears challenge – open theme

Quirky crafts challenge – ribbon

Sentimental Sundays challenge – encouragement & support (hope this counts)

Alphabet challenge – I for icy colours

Fun with shapes and more challenge – distressing (I inked all my edges with a chalk ink pad)

Craftalicious challenge – monotone

Paper garden projects challenge – anything cool (colours and teddy looks cool enjoying his drink)

Simple doodles challenge – fun in the sun (teddy enjoying the sun in his hammock)

Paper cutz challenge – use circles, stars or squares (I used lots of little squares in my background)

Penny black challenge – paper patch

A spoonfull of sugar challenge – animal crackers

Crafty cardmakers challenge – inky fingers (I inked all the edges)

Creative cottage challenge – summer surprise (anything summery)

I hope you have a wonderful day today, the weather is still lovely here, although it is supposed to change tomorrow.  It was sooooo warm in bed last night I actually slept on top of the covers :)  Thanks for stopping by today.

A clean and simple card

Hello fellow crafters I hope you are all keeping well.  The weather has been melting hot here today and it’s supposed to be even warmer tomorrow (which is technically today as I’m writing this at 2.30am!!).

I’m sharing a card I made for a friend at work whose neighbour was retiring.  She wanted something with ‘tools’ on it.  Now as my printer is still on the blink I rummaged through my stamps and found this FF image, which was ideal.  Here is my card:

Passion for promarkers #57 – DT card

Morning lovely crafters, I’m back to share with you my card for this week’s passion for promarkers challenge.  Our theme has been chosen by Debs and she would like to see ‘your favourite things’, but this must be depicted in your image i.e. if you love gardening we want to see a gardening image on your card.  We will not accept entries that say ‘my favourite thing is gems’.  Don’t forget you must also use your promarkers.

My favourite thing is of course chocolate (well anything fattening and bad for you really) so I thought this penny black image was ideal – here is my card:

Cupcake craft challenge #96 – DT card

Hello, I’m back again to show you my DT card for this weeks cupcake craft challenge.  Our theme this week has been set by the lovely Donna and as Wimbledon is beginning today she has chosen ‘strawberries and cream’, so that could include an image which has a strawberry on it or colour scheme, it’s entirely up to you.  As I can’t use my printer and I didn’t have an image with a strawberry on it I decided to go with the colour scheme and this is my card:

CCC challenge 96 - strawberries & cream

Right then onto my card…… I’m sharing with you my DT card for stamp with fun challenge.  This week Tina has given us a gorgeous sketch to work with:
